柯文哲提到為何注重酷課雲，他說，希望在台北或台灣，學子不會因為住的地方或家庭狀況影響受教權，若學生有辦法接觸網路，應該可達到一定水準的教育，至於E化計畫，雖編列新台幣1億元預算，整個預算應該會增加。

柯文哲先提到教育局法案像「一生一平板」的E化計畫編列預算，之後忽然轉到「酷課雲計畫」，他說，「酷課雲計畫」符合他個人政治理念，人生而不平等，但是政府應該可做到醫療和教育的機會平等，實施健保後，醫療平等勉強有達到。
