希臘今天趕在大限前提出新的改革方案，希望突破債務危機僵局。歐元集團主席戴松布倫的發言人證實，已收到希臘的提案，其中說明希臘將如何達到新國際紓困方案所定條件。歐元集團財政部長主席（戴瑟爾布魯姆）證實，它們已經收到，將仔細審核。（夏明珠報導）
希臘總理（齊普拉斯）昨天一整天都在就國家改革大計，凝聚內部共識，新的財政改革方案，包含增稅以及退休金制度修改，方案趕在期限前交出，不過希臘國會今天還是要審議並表決，投票通過，歐元區財政部長才會在星期六召開的會議上討論，接著提交歐元區領袖高峰會拍板，最快應該星期天就會有結果。
據報導，希臘當局提出的新財改方案，涵蓋開源以及節流，它盤算透過增稅以及縮減政府支出，來平衡國家財政，要創造超過120億歐元的財政盈餘，這個目標甚至高於債權集團的要求。
希臘選民在上個星期天的公投中，否決了債權集團提出的紓困條件，它國內的銀行已經暫停營業快要兩個禮拜，存款戶每天只能從提款機提領少少的錢，支應生活所需。
如果希臘財政改革計畫被接納，新的紓困磋商就可以展線上英文開，兩天前，希臘已經致函歐洲紓困基金，要求第三波為期三年的紓困，它沒有提出數字，不過估計至少五百億歐元。
